1. Delivery Zones

GENERVIA ships exclusively to countries in the European Union, excluding Germany and the United Kingdom.

2. Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS from Europe.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery takes 3 to 7 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping is free for all orders over €40,98. Below this threshold, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

5. Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent by email once your order has been dispatched.
