1. Purpose

These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between GENERVIA (hereinafter the Seller) and any buyer (hereinafter the Customer) making a purchase on the veranolis.com website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are food supplements. Descriptions, compositions and visuals are provided for information purposes only. GENERVIA reserves the right to modify its products without notice.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (EUR), inclusive of all taxes. GENERVIA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Orders are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of validation.

4. Order

Any order constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service. The order is confirmed by email after payment validation. GENERVIA reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of a dispute or suspicion of fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon ordering. Transactions are secured via Shopify Payments. Accepted payment methods include: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal and other methods offered at checkout.

6. Delivery

Orders are shipped via UPS from Europe within 3 to 7 business days. Delivery is free from EUR 40.98 of purchases. GENERVIA delivers only to countries in the European Union, excluding Germany and the United Kingdom.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with European legislation, the Customer has 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification. Products must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.

8. Warranties and Liability

GENERVIA products comply with European HACCP, GMP and ISO 22000 standards. GENERVIA cannot be held responsible for misuse of products. It is recommended to consult a healthcare professional before use.

9. Personal Data

Data collected during the order is used solely for its processing and follow-up, in accordance with GDPR. It is not transmitted to third parties without consent.

10. Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are subject to applicable European law. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
