Return Period
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to return a product.
Return Conditions
The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Products damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.
Procedure
- Contact us at contact@veranolis.com with your order number
- We will provide the return address within 48 hours
- Ship the product at your own expense
- The refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days after receipt of the return
Refund
The refund will be made to your original payment method. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part or a defective product.
Defective Product or Error
If you received a damaged product or an order error, contact us immediately at contact@veranolis.com. We will cover the full cost of the return and replacement.
